Refund and Returns Policy

At SVM Sweets, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering your orders with the highest standards of quality. However, in the rare case of any of the following situations, we will either issue a 100% refund:

• Package received in a damaged condition
• Any box inside the parcel found to be unsealed or damaged
• Incorrect item delivered

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@svmsweets.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Kindly include clear photographs of the issue and a brief explanation for the refund request. Once verified by our team, the refund process will be initiated and completed within 72 working hours.

Cancellation Policy
If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us. Upon validation, we will begin the refund process. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to process any cancellations or refunds.

In either case, please allow 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account. No exchanges will be provided.
